Course content: This course is designed to give you concise and deep knowledge about mindfulness. In this course you will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, with following along with main content below:

1. Explanation of mindfulness: What is mindfulness?

2. The development of mindfulness in the Western world: Why did it develop?

3. Mindfulness and its importance for you and the society: Why does it matter?

4. Becoming mindful: How can you continue your journey?

The course material consists of:

b. 10 mindfulness audio tracks to further deepen your practice.

c. 100 days exercise challenge to track and follow your progress.

d. A 6 page handout to provide an overview of the most relevant points.
